Hmmm,
I got one for $50 at the Shelby Hamfest and another one free from a Dominion
Power guy who I helped during a repair job to a local transformer... YMMV
They are also sold used but I see some of the other suggestions for light
weight push up sticks might meet the needs of the DXer.
These sticks are rugged; really take a beating. But no studies available to
certify my subjective opinion of one ;-)
