That's the smartest thing you could have done. Not necessarily
just for the water problem, but because you'll have no problems
running any new cables later on. Number those drip tubes.
Without the smaller tubing, new cables can easily intertwine
with the existing cables in the 4" pipe, making installation difficult.
Water in the pipe will evaporate fairly quickly if there is
a vented Tee (or equivalent) placed at each end of the run.
The Tee is bug-screened and placed so that rain water will not enter.
The "running" part of the Tee can be blocked with removable
foam to keep air out of the shack, box or whatever and yet allow
cables to pass.
