Hi Ed

  I have a 4 square receiving array. My original configuration was a 1" .058
was lower section of the antenna and 1" PVC plumbers fitting as it's
insulating mount...... The new revised is like your with a 16" X 7/8 " piece
of Derain Rod inserted in the bottom 1" piece.

I then drill the rod and have 2 ,5/16 lag screws 6" apart and into the 4X4
protruding 8 in out of the cement . Help up this winter

No if I can keep the deer from chewing on the RG6 that protrudes out of the
conduit to the amp box we'll be A-Okay
