The owners of this company must be smoking something, that's for sure. Just
a scam to off-load an already dead business. Based on last years sale this
company is worth nothing!! History means very litle for future revenues but
can be considered when determining price. Sorry about the off-topic
comments. I'm in M&A.

Absolutely correct ... $900K is generous.  On a good day, $900K would be 8
to 10 times gross margin on $600K in annual sales.
Debt service on $2.7 million is more than expected gross margin on sales!
