Which brings a thought: if you have difficulties/issues with zoning rules and
neighbor concerns
that necessitate setbacks from property lines, and fall radii, equal to or
greater than
your tower/antenna height, is it possible to discuss with your neighbor his
concerns or
lack of concerns about the very rare occurance of a tower/antenna collapse that
might reach
into his property? Perhaps you could make a binding agreement with your
neighbor to bind you
for payment of any actual damages to his property, if your antenna falls.
Equipped with
such an agreement, you could approach zoning authorities and maybe convince
them to allow
a closer setback, due to your in-place legal agreement with your neighbor. Any
chance?
All the best,
