ONE MILLION thanks goes to Dave Johnson!! The URL he provided me for the Los 
Angeles County Code  worked GREAT!!! All I did was "searched" amateur radio 
antenna towers and  there it was it took me to the exact page!! 75' max but 
I still need a permit, GREAT NEWS.
