I am about to replace to 15 year old inverted vees on a crank-up-tilt-over tower. I am using an eight foot yard arm to move them away from the tower. I feed both inverted vees with coax from an antenna switch on top of the tower. The question in my mind is which balun should I be using? It seems to me my choices are a voltage or a current balun. But frankly I am not familiar with the advantage or disadvantage of either.
