[TowerTalk] PE's Licensed in Kentucky

Hi Folks,

Does anyone happen to know of a Civil Engineer licensed in Kentucky who
could look over my California stamped drawings from Tashjian Towers and
provide a Kentucky stamp for a building permit?  I tried contacting the one
and only Volunteer Consulting Engineer listed on the ARRL Website but
cannot get a reply from him.  I suspect he is long retired.
