Different league (and price range) from a Ham 3, which is apparently all he

AlfaSpid... http://www.alfaradio.ca/  the hands down winner..!   Worm drive,

and NO Brakes (therefore, no brake delays) needed... Enough torque to rotate
a VW Bug..!

The only rotator I'd recommend beyond the AlfaSpid would be Prosistel... 
http://www.prosistel.net/  Expensive, but worth the $$$.
They will rotate an Abrams Tank..!
