Contemplate fixing a block and tackle to the house
bracket, such that you can lay the tower over using
its mechanical advantage.

I did this singlehandedly with a ma55 multiple times.

Not sure how the house bracket on yours is organized, but
you can estimate the weight at 500 lbs, evenly distributed...and
calculate the leverage.  it'll be wrong...but probably within 20%.

The tower got UP there, somehow.  If you can figure out how, just
reverse the process.
