My experience has been that the rotator cables (2 big, 6 small wires) can be
Black&White or Black&Red (there may be other variations I haven't seen).
Absolute adherence to the color code is out...
Just follow the normal sequence of color code colors
Here's what I have in my shack:
Black Black
White Red
Brown Brown
Red Orange
Orange Yellow
Yellow Green
Green Blue
Blue White
