Greetings from smoke laden Montana.
I have several terminated lengths of old style philly. One of them, at one
end, has been "stressed" a little and is showing the kevlar strands because
the black jacket has been slightly compromised.
Should I relegate this length to the scrap pile or is there a way to
"re-pot" the compromised end?
