John and all,
What to do to minimize corrosion over time when applying coppermaterial for
radials ? Plastic insulated wire ?

I guess stainless steel wire is THE answer to a maintenance free system. Not
that maintenance free exist but who doesnt want to minimize stress on the
back.

For ground-mounted radials, regular, soft-drawn copper is certainly
easier to use.
