Assuming one wants to match to a 50-ohm coax for monoband use of the delta
loop(s), why not first try a simple 1/4 wl section of 75-ohm cable? The
delta loop may run between 110-150 ohms impedance, depending on variables,
and the 1/4 wl section of 75-ohm cable may effect the match at
considerably less cost. A 1:1 sleeve (ferrite core type) balun can then
be used for RF confinement.
