Found this in the archives from many years ago. Not only does Kurt discuss
philly but also "aircraft cable" versus EHS. He also discusses the importance
of putting a Rohn 25/45/55 design tower on a pier pin base as opposed to
sticking in the ground and not letting it rotate. Good reading, even almost 12
