If the Channel Loc can't open it, time for a new can it sounds
like. In the past, I've soaked a stuck can upside down in a
coffee can filled with about half inch of acetone then
covered it tightly with aluminum foil.
In a pinch, I had to jam a can of it under my rear truck tire
and hold it in place with my foot and then use the slip joint
pliers.
