      Angle iron and U-bolts will do it. 12-18-inch long pieces of angle 
(aluminum is okay too) with 2 inch or so width, drilled for 2-inch U-bolts 
and you'll be in business. The ones I carry around are also drilled for 
3-inch U-bolts.
