Of those towers you mentioned US Tower is the only tower still manufacturerd.
If that doest bother you Hygain is great.    Dont forget the aluminum self 
supporting
towers like Universal (I have one) and Heights.     Buying a tower depends on
your purposed windload and how much convenience you need such as crank up,
and your budget!    My Universal has been up (with some upgrade) for 
25 years and no problems.
