For a start, I recommend you contact your ARRL Division
Director who can start the ball rolling, locally, to get the
ordinance defeated.

Here's the latest anti ham news from Plano, Texas, a suburb of
Dallas. I hope the league has the resources to make sure this proposed
ordinance change doesn't happen. I'm not a resident of Plano but
this could have a domino affect. What can an individual ham do to
help in a situation like this?
