Be careful with a "DC block". If the antenna first touches the
energized wire during a peak of the cycle, a 5kv pulse will occur and
will be definitely be coupled through the DC block. Whether the
duration of the pulse is long enough to cause damage depends on
several factors, mainly the size of the capacitor in the DC block. 

I'd find a better way.
