One way to figure out who sent the message is to check the frequency of the 
request in the regular decoding area. You're right about the pop-up but you 
should also see the message on ur regular decoding screen. I think it can work 
well and hope ops will download the new version and open the capabilities in 
"view". I will have it on this weekend. GL to all.
