Interesting evening. I logged 26 contacts. I can't tell you the last
time I logged that many contacts on 222. Far more than the last VHF
contest. It just doesn't happen out here in the middle of nowhere. It
caused me to have a flashback to the last century when I contested in
central PA where we could see New England from our mountain top site.
Tonight I had to find a frequency to call CQ on! I wish all VHF
contests had this much 222 activity.
