[VHFcontesting] What version of CT for June contest?

I used 9.81 last year , it worked fine but is not Cabrillo compliant for the 
VHF tests.  Just downloaded 9.89 and it will not change freq/modes properly for 
me. 
 
Anybody know what (or if) there is a version of CT that actually works for VHF 
contests?  (Dos Version)
