If you aren't gonna have fun, don't do it. If you have a ? wave 6M antenna for mobile use that'll work for a 2M 5/8 wave. Not a halo, but it'll do. For portable, Rohn 5' tripod ~$35. Couple "tent nails" to anchor feet. 12' painter pole. Home made 6M dipole for top of pole. Pole sits inside tripod. Set up less than 10 minutes. Not the biggest signal on the band by any stretch.
