As I have been researching and trying to get my act together on 903 and
1296 MHz, I've seen references to radios which superimpose a positive
voltage on the output coax during transmit. This voltage can be used
for T/R control of certain types of transverters.
This saves a relay keying cable if one wants to mount the tranverter
near the antenna to avoid feedline loss. I recognize that the
transverter must be set up to utilize this voltage.
Although I've searched high and low, I've not been able to find any
references to radios which offer this useful capability.
Can anyone fill me in on which radios can be set up to do this?
Thanks in advance.
