[VHFcontesting] VUCC and WAS card checking

I can and do check cards for these awards. If I see anything that I think is 
"funny" I will try to email the OTHER station and do a check. Its sad to 
think that a ham would stoop so low to get a peice of paper but..... The 
biggest thing I see is with crossed-off cards. I don't take them.  Gregg
