SOAPBOX: Although the conditions were flat this was a great improvement. A
lot of work was done since June on KF4PPF's home station. We still have a
few tweaks left but, while the score is lower, the overall QSO count and
more importantly the 220 FM and 432 QSO counts have improved markedly. We
all look forward to June and good band conditions to really put the station
to the test.
