What is there if any correlation between visible AU and AU based
propagation?
When I was first on VHF and UHF back in the early 1980s there was LOTS of
aurora propagation on almost a regular basis with virtually rare visible
aurora here in western Massachusetts (FN32QB). Over the past couple of
years there have been a number of, at least for here, spectacular aurora
light displays with little propagation resulting.
I for one am interested if there is any real scientific correlation between
the two.
