I knew it had to be something stupid, and it was.

My test for "working" was listening to the monitor of the radio.

I had "headphones latch" set.

When I used the mic in normal mode, I got the monitor in my headphones
because I was keying the active radio.

When I used the voice keyer, WL automatically switched my headphones to the
inactive radio, which of course had no monitor output.  Duh.

Sorry for the wasted bandwidth, and see you this weekend in NAQP!
