Wouldn't it be nice, if everyone, that was a "non XX", (XX being the host
State), could use the same exchange, for all State QSO parties? I believe
that it would generate, considerably more "non" participation, if there was
a "standard" exchange for "non" participants? This would be especially
advantageous, when there is more than one State QSO Party, scheduled
simultaneously?
