I solved the problem, and I am astounded.
Here is what happened. At the beginning of the contest, I decided I wanted
to change the order of the main display using the "Exchange Format Setup"
option under the "Contest" tab. All I did was move up the "r" which records
which radio made the contact. This apparently blew up the QTC counter
logic. I returned it back to where it was and everything is now working
fine.
Absolutely amazing, and frustrating.

Here are some examples of the problem from the QTC Report. Note that the
group number indicates 10 calls, but group only contains 9 calls. (The
first call that was transmitted is missing from the block).

Subject: WAE - Dropping First QTC in block
I am working WAE CW using Version 11.12. I am seeing a frequent but
intermittent problem when sending QTC's. I transmit a block of 10 which all
appear to go. The Tx-QTC column shows 10, but the QTC counter in the score
box only increases by 9. I also note that only the QTC-1 through QTC-9
fields contain data - the first QTC in the block is missing. Further, I
generated a Cabrillo file and note that it is also missing the first QTC.
I dropped back to Version 11.06 and see the same issue.
Any help? This is going to be a mess to sort out after the contest.
