That makes sense, Scot, I kind of thought about mobiles but didn't quite
make the connection with state line. NOW, how about the name? Rules require
it in both in/out of MN.

I know there are a t least a couple on loggers available for this contest,
but since RTTY is allowed, I'd sure like to use WL with all I've got set up
for that mode. You get 2 points for RTTY or CW instead of just 1 for SSB.
