[WriteLog] IARU HF Champ contest email address error

On the ARRL website the email address to submit you logs for the IARU HF
Champ is wrong.  It is listed as "10.2.5. Entries sent as attachments to
email must be sent to IARUHF@iaru.org."

Fortunately the email address in WriteLog is correct as IARUHF@arrl.org .
