[WriteLog] TO1A and /MM stations

Spent a few hours playing in the ARRL SSB contest today.  Two questions:

How do I enter a maritime mobile so he is scored correctly?  I tried /m and
it was scored as Britain.  Tried /mm and WriteLog said Scotland.  Then tried
/R2, and WriteLog decided he was in Kaliningrad or something.

...And WriteLog couldn't resolve a multiplier for TO1A.  How do I fix this?
Do I need an updated country file, or can I manually enter the correct
prefix or country into the log?
