[WriteLog] SSB messages won't go out any more

"installed it over" - This term is a little vague - Jim surely did this
correctly, but just wanted to remind the group that updates, after being
unzipped, still need to have the SETUP program run.  (Right?)  Just using
the new .exe file won't "have everything".
