Someone else had this same problem but no solution was given. You can try
manual entry - press the frequency button on the left of the entry window and
use the pull-down menu to select manual entry, then type in the frequency. That
might work.

Hi all,
I am trying to set up Digirite (1.1.23) and Writelog (12.42G) with Icom IC-7300.
The IC-7300 must be set to USB-D mode when using FT4/8.
My issue is that when Digirite moves to TX it always switch the rig (IC-7300)
from USB-D to USB, even if the File|Setup check-box “Always force rig to USB
mode “ is NOT checked (as a matter of fact there is no difference if the box is
checked or not). The only way to avoid the issue is to check “NO VFO CONTROL”
but this is not a good solution.
Any help?
