[WriteLog] How to migrate to a new computer?

I am getting ready to trash the W95 box on which I have a licensed
WL10.49D installed. 

I wish to install the WL10.55 on a new XP box. How do I do this?

The file Wl1055DUPG.zip doesn't work because it observes, correctly,
that WL10 is not installed on the new computer.
