Kari,
Open the Setup menu, then choose "Ports...". In the dialog that
comes up, use the left-right arrows in the top right corner to
scroll to the right until you can see the tab "CW Speeds". Select
it. You will see a grid of all the CW speeds. You can set these
to whatever you like, but the first one in the second row is
the default speed. Mine is set to 28, and my range of speeds is
from 12 to 42 WPM in 2 WPM increments, e.g. 12, 14, 16... 28,30,32...
Your preferences may vary!

Hi,
Anyone know how to define the default CW speed at start up so one has not to
do it all over every time you launch WL?
I run SO2R so doing it on both radios would be attractive.
