[WriteLog] Times on/off

I noticed on the 3830 reflector some stations were showing their total time
operated in the ARRL DX Contests. I realize this is not a requirement but
does WriteLog track on/off times for the ARRL DX and show the total
operating times? If so, where do I find this in Ver 12.11D
