Sri about this folks, getting old is pure hell!!!  Ugh!


New features & fixes:
1. Enable INI setting for RC2800 rotator command to send azimuth only.
2. Change Radio Mult/Run commands to not toggle.
3. Change Setup CW Decoder command to show the CW windows on OK.
4. Add support for NJQP, TACS, HELV, LZDX contests.
5. Fix Cabrillo export for WAE to not switch "T" to "0"
6. Add Level meters to the Sound Board Mixer program.
