[WriteLog] CQP MULT INSTALL QUESTION

When I tried to do a little operation in the CA QP this morning, Writelog 
did not like the county abbreviations I got. On checking the current Rules I 
see this years approved list is somewhat different than what is in my 
program.  The WL help file says I have to install the sponsors 
abbreviations. How do I do this?
