Problems found w/9.08

WriteLog worked very well in ANARTS this weekend.  Just a couple of
things I found:

1 - In the bandmap screen, all the stations showed up the same color
regardless of whether or not they were dupes or new regardless of how
I set up the colors.  They all showed up as whatever color I had the
dupe color set to.

2 - Showed RA0FU in zone 17 instead of zone 19.

Anyone have the same results?
