I confirm that Cabrillo generation is broken, and probably has been since
version 10.52
(which is the version you see if you right click on okdxrtty.dll in WL's
\programs 
directory). It is intermittent--it might or might not work anytime you load
WL. 
This will be fixed in 10.70.
