[WriteLog] Salmon Run Cabrillo problem

I am trying to generate a Cabrillo for the WAQP Salmon Run, however, all of  
the drop down menu boxes for (ARRL Section, Power, Mode and Band) are  blank.  
This leaves me no way to enter this information, other than filling  it 
manually with a text editor after the fact.
 
Thoughts and ideas?
