What you need is a "Network Time Protocol (NTP)" server to run
on one machine, and the other one can then synchronize with it.
Try:
http://pawprint.net/wt/
That package includes an NTP server which you could run on one
machine, then run the client app (or any NTP-based client app)
on the other machine to sync with the one running the NTP
server.
http://www.tolvanen.com/syncit/ - one of many NTP-based client
apps you might want to run.
