[WriteLog] Editing of Call sign.

The best procedure is to change the call sign (when mis typed) as soon as
you see it.  Its no longer considered good practice to edit the log after
the contest except to get the country file updated.

One of the top three errors in the CQ 160 Contests are mis typed calls.  


I am currently using 10.33 and have no problem editing the call sign
altho I have not tried editing anything after the contest is over and the
log closed.
