I overheard some ops on the air with that 'double to q's' statement. I
probably should have given the credit for that statement to them instead of
trying claim the credit myself! ;)
I did not, not do I expect to 'double my q's' via this technique. The
limitations here lie in my qth, antennas and operating parameters, NOT my CW
capability.
I simply asked if it can be done via WL - nothing more.
Thanks to those who responded so quickly in private with good advice.

I don't think so! Let's say for sake of argument that you're working guys
at
180/hour, or 3/minute (a rate attainable by only the best CW operators).
That's 20 seconds per QSO. It takes about 3-4 seconds to send a call and
report on CW. How do you expect to relclaim 10 seconds per QSO by speeding
up
the CW?
