This is probably too late for an update to the YU DX CW Contest module for this coming weekend, but I just noticed a problem when setting it up for the contest. The 2014 rules for the YU DX Contest state that the exchange is RST + serial number starting from 001, and after the break between the two 8 hour contest periods, the numbers continue on from the first segment. Problem is, that is not the way the WL module for this contest is configured.

When I setup the YU DX Contest module the exchange fields in the Entry window are RST and ITU! If I enter a serial number into the ITU filed WL protests and says the multiplier isn't recognized. In Contest/Parameter Setup... it wants to know my Call, ITU zone and Category or Categories I will be running under. When I open the Multiplier window there is a grid of all the various ITU zone numbers and the various YU YT prefixes for five different bands. However, the contest rules indicate that the exchange is serial number, not ITU zone, and there are two different categories, LOWER = 1.8, 3.5 and 7.0 MHz and UPPER = 14, 21 and 28 MHz. That makes a total of six different possible bands, not five. I don't know when the YU DX Contest module was released, but apparently there has been a significant change in the scoring format since it was created. The rules also indicate that if your contest module doesn't have a YU DX module you can use the WPX module and they will correctly score the result. I guess that is what I will do for this one. It would be nice if this module could be updated for the current rules by next year.
