Greg, if you're getting "garbage" across the screen, then the TNC
is not set to the proper (same) baud rate as the program. Check
your manual under ABAUD, or HBAUD and you can make the
correction. OR, try a different baud rate in WL. Your system is
working, just not set properly.

N,8,1= No parity, 8 bits, and 1 stop byte.
