[WriteLog] utc time

My time is set for the Eastern Time zone(WV) so it converts automatically 
in Writelog
to UTC....
However, I want to set my computer on UTC (now that I don't have to share 
it with the family).
When I do set the time to UTC...it totally screws up the Writelog 
time...how can I fix it?
